Well, I haven't felt much like blogging recently - but I've got a memory card full of photos from our recent trip to Denmark (the Western Australian one that is..) so here are a few of my favourites -

Home Town
It was so nice to go home for a bit and check it was all still the same.
It was - exactly the same -
The Bell Tower...
Slight flooding...
Evening light...
This clock was there the first time I ever went to the cinema...
Nice sky...
A certain East European flavour...
And, of course, the main topic of conversation in town, the new (completely unfinished) bridge!

The holiday starts here!!
We haven't been on holiday for a whole year! Is that possible? No wonder I'm looking forward to this one.
I've been really busy this week trying to get everything done - 50 small houses for a wholesale order are very nearly finished and should be in the post at school pick up time.
There's still a huge pile of ironing, plant watering, surfboard finding, fish tank cleaning.... and other stuff I've forgotten.
This is our Cornwall song, which always reminds me of our first camping trip together :)

Happy Half-Term!
Number 1 Rain
Number 2 Car breaks down
Number 3 Electric company turn power off (for whole day)
Numbers 1 and 2 have happened already, Number 3 is scheduled for Thursday... lets hope Number 1 or Number 2 have changed by then!
Mind you, right now there are chips in the oven and a nice den being built under the dresser, so everyone's happy!

Precipitation in sight
Our weekend in Devon started like this..

We found a great little eco-campsite near Bantham in South Devon, compost loos and one cold outdoor shower...

...but happily improved.
Lots of running around on the beach, finding baby starfish in rockpools, sleeping in the van and brewing tea.
