Opposites attract..





I bet you didn't know that your 9th wedding anniversary is the yeast-based condiment anniversary did you?

 OK, that's not true, it's apparently pottery and willow. 
I'm sticking with Marmite.

 So the Vegemite/Marmite pic is to illustrate the meeting of two glorious nations nine years ago on perhaps the most stressful day of my life. Most people have beautiful sunlit memories of their wedding day. I recall mainly the fact that I was seven months pregnant, and had met my soon to be in-laws just the day before.. Add to that the fact that I really, really hate being the centre of attention, and you can get the general idea.
(Being enormously pregnant I also couldn't drink...)

 Still, the following nine years have been pretty good - so you could say it was worth it.
Not doing it again though.

      Marmite all the way! The boys eat both - I give them Marmite, Mark gives them Vegemite ;)
