Spoonbill House


We've just got back from a weekend near Margaret River - we stayed in this cute little cottage!


It had pressed tin walls...


And a piano!
I really think holiday cottages should always have a piano.

    I love places like this. Did it have old books and dusty board games from the 70's too?

    You have made me remember that in the house I grew up in, that my bedroom had a pressed metal ceiling and the walls from about half way up as well. It is nice when these memories surface, I haven't thought of this for a long time so thankyou for the memory. I'm sure you had a lovely weekend, Mrs A
