Well, of course that got me thinking about Rolf Harris - this is all I could find though..
Ah, happy days!
Can you guess what it is yet?
Tuesday Folksy Finds
It's a drizzly half-term Tuesday... ughh. We're going to venture out to choose a couple of pumpkins later, but in the meantime here are a couple of lovely finds from Folksy -
I know a couple of small boys who would love these wooden medals from Little Peche
I know someone (me..) who would love these nutty badges from Pookie Su
And these handprinted 'Bright Bird' cards from Laura Makes Pictures would make great Christmas cards
Hope you're all having a lovely half-term!

A new pier
The Grand Pier at Weston Super Mare is re-opening tomorrow, after burning down in the summer of 2008.
These are some photos I took of the old pier in February 2008...

Car Boot Treasure
Found this little vase at the car boot on Sunday - 50p!!
Combe Martin is a village in North Devon - in fact it has the longest high street of any village in the UK (or something along those lines..)
And it was the scene of many drizzly holidays when I was little as my granny lived there. It is also one of my top five beachcombing beaches (the others are secret)
And we're going there next week!

Nut Harvest
Directions to the Best Conker Tree: go through the churchyard, over the gate, through the cow fireld, cross the stream, over the stile, turn left, follow the path through the next field and duck through the gap in the hedge. Look down and start collecting!

Weak and feeble...
Ugh, we've all had a horrible bug this week -all better now but feeling a bit feeble...
Here's to a cosy relaxing weekend -I don't know if the word relaxing can ever be applied to our house? But I'll give it a go!
(These are all my scissors by the way - from the left - paper scissors, fabric scissors, boys' scissors and the dreaded haircutting scissors)
