Matilda, A Musical
We went to see Matilda, A Musical last night, at the Courtyard Theatre in Stratford upon Avon, and it was brilliant!
We especially loved (and feared) the horrific Miss Trunchbull, although Bill whispered to me very loudly -'that's a man!' as she appeared on stage...It was a very Dahl-like production - the characters all looked like the Quentin Blake illustrations - if you're a Roald Dahl, or Tim Minchin fan, grab some tickets here (not many left!)

Lovely tree
I park next to this lovely tree on the way to pre-school - it's been hanging on to it's leaves as long as possible, but today they were falling like confetti.

A Family of Beach Huts

Just finished these four huts, one for each member of a family - I love the way they look together, so I've decided to create a 'Family of Beach Huts' option over in my Folksy Shop.
They'd make a great Christmas present for a seaside-loving family!

Oooh....

Just wondering, is it OK to buy your husband a present because you really want it for yourself?
He'll like it too..
That's OK isn't it?

St Ives
The household's split over this one - do you prefer the orange-y version or the blue one?
Bill tells me that the orange one has 'more texture' - he's six!
I love St Ives - we went there on our honeymoon. But that's another story...
